A project is a Composer skeleton around the shopware/core packages; .env sets APP_URL, APP_SECRET, DATABASE_URL, mailer, messenger, cache, and search; config/packages/shopware.yaml holds framework settings. Theme, layouts, and most business rules are done in the admin. shopware-cli keeps per-environment Admin API credentials in .shopware-project.yml. Custom behavior is a plugin or app in custom/, hence light-edit.
