List an app

Paste a public GitHub repo. We read the repo, fill in the listing, and you correct anything we got wrong.

Submissions open soon. Until then, send a repo link to hello@mothermachine.example and we'll list it by hand.

What happens when you submit

  1. We read the repo Manifests give us the code stack. A SKILL.md, mcp config, Dockerfile, or manifest.json tells us the form factor. Model SDK imports tell us the provider.
  2. You see the detected listing Every field shows what we found and why. Flip anything that's wrong. Fields we couldn't decide are marked as a guess.
  3. You write the "make it yours" paragraph The one thing we can't detect: what someone edits to adapt this app. Env vars, config, prompts, and how much work it is.
  4. It goes live Open-source listings publish immediately. Anyone can list a public repo; the repo's own license applies.

Claiming a listing

If someone listed your repo, sign in with GitHub from the listing page. We check that you own the repo, mark the listing as owner verified, and hand you the edit controls.

Selling requires a verified owner. You choose how buyers receive the app: access to a private repo, a license key, or a download from your releases. Payments and delivery are not live yet.

Optional: a manifest in your repo

If you'd rather declare than be detected, add a mothermachine.json at the repo root. When you accept a detected listing we can open a pull request that adds it for you, so the listing and the repo stay in sync.
